Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug analog of diclofenac. It is used for the relief of pain and inflammation in rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis and ankylosing spondylitis
Paracetamol works by interfering with the formation of an inflammatory mediator prostaglandin. Prostaglandin is responsible for pain and swelling. Aceclofenac acts by inhibiting certain enzymes responsible for the formation of prostaglandin, thus helps in relieving pain and reduce swelling
